Do you see children?
Yes, we gladly accept and treat all ages. For minors, please make sure to fill out the ‘Minor Intake + Consent Form’.

What can I expect from my appointment?

How do you take payment?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal cheque and e-transfer. 

Do you accept benefits?
Yes, we provide direct billing to most major insurers. Please bring your insurance information to your initial consultation.

Do you offer a payment plan?
No. Payment is collected at the time of service and a receipt for services and products is provided. 

What is the appointment cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that patients cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of $50. Patients that do not show up to an appointment will be charged the full regular appointment fee.
